The Post’s signature item is the Cheesesteak. Our cheesesteaks are uniquely delicious not just because of the ingredients, but also the preparation. Each philly steak is artfully chopped, topped with diced veggies, and then blanketed with cheese and left to simmer. Once the cheese has started melting the mix is chopped again to ensure the same explosive tastiness throughout. Each cheesesteak is then placed into a buttered hoagie bun which has just finished it’s toasting phase in our pizza oven. Beware, once you go cheesesteak… you’ll never go back
