The 5 Star Initiative was designed to incentivize team members at The Post to go above and beyond to offer 5 star service to each of our guests. The initiative also adds some fun and friendly competition between team members!
The Initiative is comprised of two single month long seasons throughout the calendar year.
- 5 Star Season #1: March
- 5 Star Season #2: September
Championship Store Rewards
Store with highest overall star rating over the course of the season is deemed the season champion.
Season Champion Rewards
- A team outing!!! 3 options will be proposed for the team to vote upon.
- 5 Star Championship Belt will be displayed at your store
Store Qualifiers
A store must meet the following minimum requirements during the season to be eligible for season rewards
- Minimum of 50 total public reviews
- 4.75 overall star rating
- 4.75 food rating
- 3 or less total negative reviews (1 and 2 star reviews)
FOH Rewards
FOH Rewards
- $500 bonus for FOH staff member who acquires the most reviews companywide over the course of the month.
- $100 bonus for FOH staff member who acquires the most reviews at each of the other stores over the course of the month.
FOH Qualifiers
A store must meet the following minimum requirements during the month for FOH members to be eligible for rewards
- 50 total public reviews
- 4.75 overall star rating
- 3 or less total negative reviews (1 and 2 star reviews)
New hires must have worked an entire pay cycle before becoming eligible for rewards
BOH Rewards
BOH Rewards
- Each BOH staff member at a store with a 4.75 food rating or better, will receive $20 Door Dash gift card.
BOH Qualifiers
A store must meet the following minimum requirements during the month for BOH members to be eligible for reward
- 4.75 food rating
- 3 or less total negative reviews (1 and 2 star reviews)
New hires must have worked an entire pay cycle before becoming eligible for rewards
Management Rewards
Management Rewards
- Each Manager receives 2 all inclusive event tickets to an event (concert, sporting event, etc) of their choice (subject to availability). Event must occur before end of the following 5 Star Season (i.e. 6 month window
Management Qualifiers
A store must meet the following minimum requirements during the month for managers to be eligible for rewards
- 50 total public reviews
- 4.75 overall star rating
- 3 or less total negative reviews (1 and 2 star reviews)
Management Reinforcement
Each store is expected to obtain at least 50 public reviews. Failure for your store to obtain 50 public reviews will result in a forfeiture of year end raise opportunity at the time of the annual review. We rely on you, the management team, to motivate your team to participate.
Guest Incentives
The following incentive exists for guests to provide feedback during the 5 Star Season.
- $50 gift card raffle per store
5 Star Initiative Guest Feedback winners will be announced via Facebook each month.
Scoreboards
Scoreboards are updated automatically. Private reviews are updated every 15 minutes. Public reviews are updated every 2 hours
- Location Scoreboard displays all store level information used for store qualifiers and overall star rating rankings
- FOH Scoreboard displays review quantities by team member along with projected bonus distribution amounts
- BOH Scoreboard displays total votes for each BOH team member by location. Vote takes place after month end, so scoreboard is static until after the end of the month
