Sports Reset Tuesday

 

Yesterday gave us a day off from summer sports with Rio over and the Cardinals enjoying an off-day. But one day off is enough as the birds are back in action after leaving Philadelphia with a .666 win percentage! They’d be the best team in the Majors if they had that kind of overall win percentage, so it was a success of a weekend indeed. In fact, this is probably the best roll the team has been on this year when you include that they’ve added new and exciting blood with our favorite reliever Alex Reyes as well as starter Luke Weaver (Dream Weaver 2.0).  Toss in the power mashup of the law firm of Moss & Gyorko, and the Cardinals have definitely reached their high water mark in terms of energy and excitement this season. There’s even been a Hazelraker return sighting recently!

The games start back up this weekend at Busch Stadium, and if you have tickets to any of this week’s games, come by The Post Sports Bar before or after the game with that day’s ticket stub to get 20% off regular prices!!
